Foundations
First comes the foundations. Stepping away from the details and taking a look at the big picture, questioning every requirement before touching the visuals.
From foundations to design, I use creativity and problem-solving to turn a brand's vision into an experience that cuts through the noise.
I am an independent web designer and developer who thinks and acts like an engineer. I build websites the way an engineer builds anything: by understanding how each detail shapes the bigger picture.
I treat every project I work on as a learning experience, an experiment to try something new alongside delivering an amazing product.
I didn't have a clear path at first, although I've always had a sense of independence and liked to do things on my own. When I was little, I had a deep passion for art and music, and that's when I realized I wanted to learn and experiment with new concepts by myself.
Years later, I was introduced to programming, and that turned into a real drive to learn everything I could, as fast as possible. I taught myself software, AI/ML, and eventually frontend development and design, mostly by learning from others with some guidance, teaching myself concepts, and building my own projects.
Learning programming and teaching myself changed my thinking entirely. It seeped into my whole lifestyle, changing how I look at the world: breaking everything down to its foundations, and always looking for ways to improve.
A goal I always look forward to is training myself to be better, learning and thinking in new ways, new frameworks, and expanding my thoughts and ideas. The vision I have now is whatever I determine for myself to complete. From sketching and painting to learning software to building projects, there's always something that can be explored.
Every project I work on starts by breaking it down to its foundations. Before anything gets designed, I ask what the business really needs and which requirements are real rather than assumed.
First comes the foundations. Stepping away from the details and taking a look at the big picture, questioning every requirement before touching the visuals.
Every decision we make serves a goal. Every choice traces back to a purpose. Every innovation is designed to achieve an outcome that matters, adds value, and creates real meaningful impact.
Creativity is what moves a feeling, an act, an idea. It is what makes a vision from the mind materialize into the physical world.
Projects start at $1,500 CAD for a landing page, $3,000 CAD for a multi-page website, and $5,000 CAD for custom web development with a dedicated design process. Every project is quoted at a fixed price after an intro call, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
Calgary and Alberta first, and remotely with clients anywhere in Canada. Being local means we can meet in person if you want to. It has never been a requirement for building a great website together.
Restaurants, cafés, bars, gyms, yoga and pilates studios, spas, and wellness clinics. These are businesses people choose with their eyes, where the website has to do the work a storefront does, and where the booking or ordering flow is the difference between a visitor and a customer.
Yes. Ordering, reservations, class timetables, and booking systems are built into the site rather than bolted on, and they connect to the tools you already use so you are not managing two versions of your own schedule.
Every project includes strategy, design, development, and testing before launch. You'll also get a walkthrough of how everything works, plus all CMS components, so you're never left guessing how to update or manage your site.
Yes. All communication happens over call, email, or message, whatever works best for you. Location has never been a barrier to building a great website together.
That's normal and expected. Small updates and fixes are included for the first 14 days after launch. Then, you can reach out anytime for ongoing support, new project add-ons, integrations, or I can hand things off so you can manage the entirety of the site yourself.
I work mainly with local businesses and independent brands that want a site built with care, not templated. If your project needs something more custom, like a dashboard, that's something I take on too.
I build with modern, reliable tools chosen for what the project actually needs, usually including: GSAP, WebGL, and Lenis. I avoid a one-size-fits-all stack. That means faster load times, cleaner code, and a site that's easier to maintain long term.
It starts with an intro call where we talk through your goals and what you need. From there, I put together a proposal with the scope, timeline, and price, so you know exactly what to expect before anything begins and the process laid out in front of you.
